Q: What qualifications and experience do you have?
A: I grew up in the fitness industry because my father owned and operated a gym. From there I took my fitness knowledge and became a leader in the Marine Corps community by helping Marines struggling with their physical fitness. When I got out of the military I pursued my fitness journey more by becoming a personal trainer.

A: Getting started is easy! Simply purchase a plan and take the (5 min) fitness assessment. From there you will be given a customized meal and workout plan designed personally for you.
Q: Do I have to be located in a specific area to join MAXLVLSTRENGTH programs?
A: No, MAXLVLSTRENGTH's programs are entirely online, allowing individuals from anywhere in the world to participate. However, the in-person personal training is located for individuals in San Diego area.
